We aim to provide each and every person who visits us in salon the best experience we can offer, therefore we have a few policy in place to help make this happen.​

Allergy Alert Testing

Allergy Alert Testing is an essential health and safety procedure prior to colouring hair. If you are new to having your hair coloured with us or it has been 6 or more months since your last colour with us you will be required to have an allergy alert test at least 48 hour before your colour booking.

Deposits

We require a 20% deposit to secure any booking.

We have found that this is the best way for us to manage our diary and to ensure that we are allocating our time to people who are committed to attending their bookings and we are not making anyone wait longer than needed when trying to book in with us.

Deposits can be taken as part payment for the service on the day or kept on the account as a rolling deposit for the next booking.

Need to cancel?

We totally understand that plans change from time to time and are more than happy to rearrange your booking if necessary. We do however require 48hours notice to be able to carry over the deposit, with less than 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rearranging a booking the deposit will be lost to contribute towards the cost of keeping this booking available.

Late arrivals

We understand that due to busy schedules, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to look at adjusting the service being carried out or rescheduling the booking as this may negatively impact the following bookings in that day. We do our best to run on schedule, be flexible and accommodate but are very aware of the time restraints we all have in our day to day and respectful of the time you are taking out to visit us so do our best to ensure we run smoothly and to time. 

Salon Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are redeemable only against products and services. If change is required, this will be given in the form of a credit on your in-salon client account to be redeemed on your next visit.

No refunds will be given for gift voucher purchases. Gift vouchers are NOT redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Client Feedback

Our aim is to ensure that everyone is happy with their experience, service and outcome when leaving the salon. For us to grow and improve, your feedback is very important to us so please feel free to contact us using our contact page to let us know if there is something you feel we could improve on.

We do also understand that sometimes it is not always easy to say when you are unhappy with a result, we always encourage you to let us know at the time of the service but if you happen to leave unhappy, please contact us by phone, email, social media or our chat option so we can discuss the situation and see what we can do to rectify this for you.
